Reference Images
First I went through Pexels to find the images:

Fig. 1.2 Sea (16/4/2023)
Week 2 - Blockout
I started blocking out the big shapes of the mountain and identifying the big folds it has. I did the same with the sea and the rocks. I struggled a lot with the 3rd blockout because it was too detailed, did it halfway and realized that I would die.

Week 3 - Blockout
Amendments
After receiving feedback from Mr. Kannan, I amendment the mountain and sea blockout. I also redid the 3rd blockout and chose a slope instead, because the previous one did not work out at all.

I decided to progress further with the mountain and started adding in the details and did some more rendering.

I had to change the colours for a few sections because some of them were not matching with the reference image.

Updates
After one final feedback from Mr. Kannan I refined my mountain render. I also photobashed rock textures for the sea and slope refinements while doing a little bit more rendering.

FEEDBACK
Week 5 (3/5/2023)
Look at the big parts and not much of the small details, darken the outer lines to make it pop more, highlight and darken certain parts, and enhance the orange trees area.
Week 6 (9/5/2023)
Darken some areas so that it is overlapping each other, orange trees need to be more detailed, highlight certain parts, and the sky is not blended well. Black and white overlay texture for sea, take a texture of a stone outside similar to this and paste it to it. Same for the slope, before slapping texture refines a bit more. The final render is a bit darker, adjust a little more, the moon is yellow and mine is white.
REFLECTION
In general, this project was enjoyable and fulfilling, as it allowed for a thorough comprehension and observation of the image's details. However, at the same time achieving an identical replication was quite challenging.
